R.L.Gray:
First of all THANK YOU !!!! Without your generosity, we may never
of found any pigs. Mike is the only one of us that was successful.
His first time bow hunting, same true for my son Matt. Mike
harvest the javelina out on the flats in front of the valley you
took me up into. I was glassing from the rock cropping at the base
of the valley and spotted six of them on the move. I quickly set
Mike out after them.

My
son, Ryan, and I went on our first hunt together this fall. I got
drawn for 12W doe. It was fantastic weather and fantastic country.
I filled my tag on opening morning.
This was the year things really came together for the boy.
At 9, this was his first opportunity to carry his own rifle on a
hunt. He got 1 Kaibab squirrel to go with my doe. We had a great
time.

Hello Fellow Bowhunters,
Just
thought I would share this trophy coues whitetail picture with
you. I killed this deer on 30 Aug, 2001. This deer
unofficially scored 108 with deductions and 119 gross. I
have been told on pretty good authority that the deer will place
in the top ten record bow kills. It has not dried yet and
I am also getting it mounted in the velvet. I will send a
story of this bow kill later. Thanks. Glen

Congratulations to Bryan Yorksmith. He took this

Taken in
New Mexico 09/02/01 unit 52. Took this one 300 yards from where I
had gotten a 6x6 the last time I hunted this area 3 years ago
 |
| Call
used was a Cub
Bear Bawler from MCP. George Nelson (not pictured)
was the caller and the hunters are Ed Whitley and
Glen Vevin, AZ natives. There was 3 bears called in
on one stand and that is very rare for this type of reaction
for three single bears to come to a call from three
different directions.

I thought I'd send this pic of a nice 6X6 that
my brother and I came across on opening day. It was his first
bull. There is a good story behind this too. Corey C.
